How to grow TDF a big organisation

TDF presented Batukamma festival is over by now; there are few places it is extended to October 4th. Since TDF formed the Organization had took up a lot of
Projects and completed successfully. Since TDF started Batukamma festival it involved in promoting this festival around the globe and I can say it is 100% successful in its effort. These days I feel TDF stuck with Batukamma festival celebration.

TDF has lot of potential and it should work on developing the organization in growing its member base. TDF leaders should call the people to join as members.
TDF should conduct big events in each and every district every year. Each event should be lead by different person and work with the committee.

I can list out what TDF can do.

1) Monthly/weekly or Daily digital magazine release.

2) Art exhibitions like
a) Filgree Art from Karimnagar( Silver thread Art)
b) Electroplating Art from Jammikunta
c) Pembarthy Bross works.
d) Sirisilla handlooms
And many more I don't remember

3) Telangana film festival
Anand Varla and Jayaprakash Telangana took up this project and was a grand success. TDF should co-operate them to make this event every year.

4) Job Meelas.
TDF should identify the areas like Indian military and other employers and create a platform where students and employers come on one dias.

5) Industrial job training workshops.

6) Cultural programs (Stage dramas).

7) Singing competitions and games.

8) Telangana Business seminars.
9) Best employer competitions in Telangana.
10) and many more.............


To do all the above we need tons of money, where this money come from?

Here is the best solutions I have.
1) There are many generous donors out there we should reach them they will pay a part of money.
2) There are a lot of Business houses want their business to grow. The desperately want to reach people will donate money to spell their name in public. They pay a part of amount.
3) There are political leaders wanted to gather people and looking for opportunity to see people. If we call them they pay a part of money to name themselves sponsors, they pay money too.
4) Selling the outcome (like art products) will make little money.
5) Selling the event space for local cloth stores and food stores will bring some money.
6) Many more you put your Ideas too............


All the above needs a local Members and volunteers, How to develop the memberships.

1) Every event we should identify few people who only work for member registrations.
a) They work on signup sheets and gather contacts (E-mail, phone numbers)
b) Use free phone services like Vonage to call and champagne the organization.
c) Week-end meetings at different places.
2) When an event success people attract by the magnitude of it and they themselves come to volunteer.
3) Online forums like http://www.ourtelangana.com and http://discover-telangana.com are useful to publish the welcome message for memberships.
4) Some advertisements about memberships.

TDF SHOULD GROW BIG IN INDIA as it is useful to Telangana and we should have the presence in all districts.
